**Job brief**

As an Office Administrator, you will help the company operate smoothly on a day-to-day basis, so that employees can perform their best. You will oversee office tasks, such as handling correspondence, maintaining records of incoming and out going material, ensuring communication within teams, and many more. Those who meet the criteria of being good at multitasking and encouraging collaboration will be the ideal fit. An Office Admin primarily excels at organization and effective communication.

**Office admin roles and responsibilities**
- Act as a first point of contact to external vendors and directing them to appropriate team within the organization
- Answer all queries professionally.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing material, cheques issued, should place Purchase Orders as per Standard Operating Procedure.
- Coordinate office operations by coordinating with internal employees and maintaining appropriate records.
- Organize office operations and processes, handling correspondence, and supporting HR-related tasks.
- Assist finance department with book-keeping, preparation of budgets, and other tasks.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary and perform necessary duties when needed.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- 5-6 years of experience as an office admin, office assistant, or any relevant role.
- Outstanding organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with basic accounting principles and management processes.
- Proficiency using MS Office, ZOHO Books etc.
- Customer-service oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
