**Position**: Sales Representative (Only For Men)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- **Job Summary**:
As a Sales Representative at Mechmeister, you will be responsible for understanding clients' storage needs, designing tailored solutions, and guiding them through the sales process from consultation to installation. This position requires a customer-focused mindset and an ability to translate complex technical requirements into effective solutions that meet customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their storage and operational needs.
- Execute tasks towards strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Technical Consultation and Solution Design**:

- Work closely with clients to assess their space, workflow, and storage requirements.
- Develop technical proposals, including racking layouts, and other system specifications.
- Coordinate with design team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet industry standards.
- **Product Expertise and Customer Education**:

- Educate clients on the capabilities, benefits, and technical aspects of our storage racking and ASRS offerings.
- Stay updated on product advancements and industry trends, providing insights to customers that enhance their purchasing decisions.
- **Project Coordination and Follow-Up**:

- Oversee projects from initial consultation to installation, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
- Act as a point of contact for post-sales support, troubleshooting, and ongoing account management.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge about the material handling and storage equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Proficiency with CAD software and layout design is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
