Manager - R,M&E | Data Administrator- 3. Key Objectives of the Job
Maintaining the database at Arpan- 4. Major Deliverables
The major responsibilities are:

- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry, according to priorities
- Check source documents for accuracy
- Data entry of verified and corrected data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and electronic formats
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Store completed documents in designated locations and delete unnecessary files. Ensure that files and folders are correctly named and mapped
- Collating, and basic analysis of datasets on Excel, Advance Excel and SPSS.
- Validating the program monthly reports on MIS system
- Transcription and basic interpretation of data wherever applicable
- Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
- Comply with data integrity and confidentiality.

Fluency in English/Hindi/Marathi. Ability to translate English/Hindi/Marathi wherever required.
- 5. Specialized job competencies
- Well versed with Excel & Data entry speed.
- Capable of Translating Hindi, Marathi documents to English.
- 7. Educational Qualification
Graduate- 8. Desired Experience
7-8 yrs in the relevant field- 9. Other desired attributes- Data entry skills
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with MS Office and data programs
- Attention to detail
