**Job Description**:
As the Chief of Staff at Lila, you will work closely with the CEO at Lila Games to drive the company’s overall strategy by follow-through on the execution of key initiatives, streamline operations, drive key recruitment, drive content for the company, and build a metrics driven culture of excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, facilitate decision-making, and enhance the company’s overall performance and visibility.

**Responsibilities**:
Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement the company’s long-term vision and strategic goals.
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating and aligning various teams, and through superhuman follow-up and follow-through.
- Monitor progress towards objectives and provide regular updates to ensure milestones are met.

Operational Efficiency:

- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance workflows, resource allocation, and project management.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize company-wide operations.
- Conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of processes and recommend improvements.

Content Development (Video and Newsletter):

- Drive the development of social media content that helps explain the kind of company we are and to cover important work and life related themes.
- Manage the content pipeline, topics, and schedule with a small but active content & videography team.
- Develop game development content (this means you will need to know or learn about game development) to spread visibility and reach about Lila Games.

Keyman Recruiting:

- Do whatever it takes (with character and integrity) to help us recruit our #1 priority for hiring in the company.
- Work with HR to drive strategic recruiting via non-traditional recruitment methods, e.g., discord, github, whatsapp, instagram, etc.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, highlight performance of teams and individuals, and to identify problems at an organizational level.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive review, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a strategic leadership role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully driving complex initiatives to completion.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Passion for mobile shooter games and a deep understanding of the gaming landscape.

Eligibility & Cultural Fit
- Must be willing to relocate to Bangalore, India
