**Chief of Staff**:

- From 5 to 10 year(s) of experience- ₹ 18,00,000 - 30,00,000 P.A. (Including Variable: 10%)- Bangalore/Bengaluru**Roles and Responsibilities**
We educate patients, help them design their treatment roadmap, standardize service providers, facilitate treatment for last-mile service delivery, connect with other survivors, and do regular follow-ups. We are leveraging technology to do this in a scalable manner. We were recognized at ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology) for launching the world's first tool to generate free directional Integrative Oncology treatment reports (ZIOPAR).

We are searching for a Chief of Staff, who shall focus on planning, project management,
- communication, and operational execution of strategies. The Chief of Staff shall wear many hats, with multi-functional responsibilities.
- **Role responsibilities**:
Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.
- Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
- Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
- Assessing market trends and competitors. Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions.
- Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
- Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes.
- Analyse data to draw meaningful insights, and take actions to improve processes.
- Designing dashboards to track team’s progress and draw meaningful insights.
- 1+ years of experience in business management or operations role - start-up experience preferred.
- Expert leadership, mentorship, and motivational skills.
- Strong knowledge of business, finance, analytics and MS Excel.
- Demonstrated drive for results through a history of achievements and strategy.
- History of driving complex projects in the face of ambiguity.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
