**What this job involves**:
Providing a roadmap for success
Working with team you will be assessing site unsafe conditions and unsafe act. Analyze site assessment outcome to provide preventive measures and pro-active solutions. You’ll need to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, leading from the front while also taking the time to understand their point of view.

Of course, as you represent our clients’ best interests, you’ll also keep in mind JLL’s own business needs—and, thereby, strive to achieve an ideal balance between the two.

Manning people and operations
You’ll lead by example by showing your team that you’re a safety leader at site. Core to our reputation is our strong focus on health & safety and on sustainability.

On regular basis you need to assist EHS team as well as site operational team in identifying improvement points and following up till the points are closed with horizontal deployment across all verticals and site.

Our successful Safety Officer
Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders and see things from their perspective.
Are driven to succeed and love achieving challenging goals.
Understand Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Near Miss Reporting and incident management
Able to conduct Incident investigation and Root Cause analysis with Incident management team
Communicate and collaborate to achieve success.
Thrive under pressure and deal effectively with tight deadlines and high expectations.

Well-versed in Health and Safety
You have a degree/diploma in Health Safety and Environment. At least 3 years of previous work experience is required.

A technical and sharp site safety assessor
Can assess site safety conditions and be pro-active in reporting and following up till workplace is safe for working. A good understanding of Health and Safety management, related trainings and training deliver skills will be required.

An excellent communicator
We achieve our biggest success when working together, so clear communication is key, as is collaboration and team work. Having a strong command of language—both English, Hindi and local language—will help
