We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Guiding the team through technical issues and challenges.
- Monitor and evaluate technical team progress, assist and enable training needs.
- Communicating and collaborating with NTT DATA teams and BCBS AZ stakeholders for clarifications and issue resolutions.
- Proactively identifying risks and challenges, bring forth to BCBS AZ PM attention and collaborate on resolution.
- Monitor data to identify changes in KPIs and trends.
- SAS, Tableau, and SQL experience and proficiencies.
- Develops understanding of BCBS AZ requirements and current data.
