**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff.
- Maintain the reception area and conference rooms, ensuring they are clean and presentable at all times.
- Maintain a professional and organized filing system for important documents.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proven track record in customer service and administrative support.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients, guests, and staff.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
