Patient & Financial Counselor

**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in hospital counseling or patient coordination
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Commerce, or related field

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Commerce, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in patient and financial counseling within a hospital setting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospital billing systems and insurance procedures preferred
- Compassionate attitude with attention to detail and confidentiality

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide patient counseling regarding admission, treatment procedures, and hospital services
- Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and families during their hospital stay
- Conduct financial counseling by explaining treatment cost estimates, billing details, and insurance coverage
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and billing departments to ensure accurate communication and transparency
- Assist patients with insurance documentation, approvals, and claims processing
- Maintain detailed counseling records, patient feedback, and financial discussions confidentially
- Handle patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
