**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Admission Process Management**:

- Handle all aspects of the admission process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding school programs, policies, and procedures.
- **Counseling and Consultation**:

- Meet with prospective parents and students to understand their educational needs, and provide information and guidance on the school’s CBSE curriculum, extracurricular activities, and facilities.
- Offer one-on-one or group counseling sessions to explain the benefits of joining the school and address concerns or questions.
- **Communication and Follow-up**:

- **Marketing and Outreach**:

- Represent the school at educational fairs, open houses, and other events to attract prospective students and raise awareness about the school’s offerings.
- Assist the marketing team in preparing brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials related to admissions.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Ensure that all admission documents are accurately maintained and filed according to the school’s policies.
- Maintain a record of applicants and enrolled students, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- **Student Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Coordinate and assist in the student assessment process for new admissions, including entrance exams (if applicable) and interviews.
- Evaluate prospective students’ academic and behavioral records, ensuring the suitability of the school for the child’s needs.
- **Support for Parents and Students**:

- Provide ongoing support to parents and students after enrollment, answering any questions and assisting with transitions as needed.
- Ensure that all parents are well-informed about the school’s policies, schedules, and events.
- **Collaboration with Faculty and Staff**:

- Work closely with the Principal, teaching staff, and the administrative team to ensure the smooth integration of new students into the school community.
- Stay updated on any changes to school policies, programs, or activities that may affect the admission process.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in student counseling or admissions in an educational setting, preferably in a CBSE school.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with parents, students, and staff.
- Knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and school admission policies.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
