Qualification: BDS/ BAMS/ BHMS
- Ensure that photos and data are updated on software immediately after the consultationFollow up with closed cases and get the blood test reports from them. Ensure all tests are available one week before the surgery and if anything is missing, get the client to send it again. In cases where Fitness certificate is required, make sure it is present.Check Patient Medications and advise which ones to stop or continue. Make sure Operating Doctor is updated regarding the same.Make sure case file is complete 2 days prior to the caseEnsure All Operating Doctors are familiar with the case details and also see the patient photos the previous day. If any issue with graft count, consulting doctor, Operating Doctor and Centre Manager need to discuss further steps.Ensure that the following photos to be updated a. Pre-Consultation / Consultation b. Hairline (at the time of consultation) c. Pre-Procedure without trimming (if there is delay between consultation and procedure dates) d. Hairline marking procedure day e. Post ProcedureFollowing documents to be updated. Doctor has to ensure these documents are filled correctly by Operating Doctor. a. Blood Test reports b. Consultation Form c. Consent Forms d. Operating Plan e. Post-Operative reports f. Graft count Photo (with patient name and date)To update CRM / Centre Manager regarding the grafts, prices and any other information.Consulting doctor to check and advise all possible solutions that HOC can offer to the client.Cross check and verify with the operating doctor if the plan given for the patient is accurate.Convey a realistic picture regarding the number of grafts, area to be covered, densityto be given, and the number of days needed for the procedure as well as the results to be expected.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
