**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist senior sales executives in prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Conduct research on potential clients and competitors to identify sales opportunities.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- **Customer Relations**:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and ensure their needs are met effectively.
- **Sales Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure smooth sales processes.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to improve sales techniques and knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel
- Up to 50% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vizianagaram, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
