We are looking for a UI/UX Designer capable of handling web design projects at a high level. You will

work closely with both client and in-house product/design/dev teams on mid-to-long term projects. The

- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and project

accomplishments.
- Experience in Figma, Photoshop, JavaScript, HTML, CSS3.
- Ensure seamless user experiences by incorporating Bootstrap responsive framework in

designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into visually engaging

designs.
- Must have innovative and original ideas Good communication skills a must

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers

and engineers.
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function look like.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images.
- Own end-to-end design process and deliverables (including user personas, customer

journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes) to effectively conceptualise and

communicate design strategy and detailed interaction behaviours for all products.
- Understand target users deeply: develop or work from user profiles, conduct task

analysis, create user scenarios or user stories, help to create and analyse user

research.
- You will collaborate with Engineering and perform QAs to ensure design quality. You’ll

also contribute to visual designs by producing the visual language for a product.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Proficiency in prototyping and visual design programs such as Figma, Photoshop,

Prototype, Adobe illustrator or similar design tools.
- Continued education and research into UX trends, current design strategy, and

technologies.
- Proven 2+ years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio of design projects.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
