**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition and Management**:
- Identify and engage potential buyers and sellers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property tours and present features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust client database.
- **Sales and Marketing**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Market properties through various platforms, including online listings, social media, and open houses.
- Prepare and present competitive market analysis to clients.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure sales.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Facilitate the closing process, coordinating with legal, financial, and other professionals.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager regarding sales performance and market conditions.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- **Licenses/Certifications**:
- Valid real estate license in the state of operation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
**Working Conditions**
- This position involves frequent travel within the designated territory to meet clients, conduct property tours, and attend industry events.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, are required to accommodate client schedules.
**Compensation and Benefits**
