Tele Caller Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services, ongoing projects, and offers.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales or site visit teams.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information in a professional manner.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update call records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Gather feedback from clients and report to management for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller, telesales representative, or similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent in English and local language).
- Confident and persuasive with the ability to handle rejection.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to understand basic details about construction projects.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
