**Job Summary**:
The Billing Executive will be responsible for creating and managing bills for steel sheets transactions using Gaba software. This role will require basic English and computer skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Billing**:

- Create and process invoices for steel sheet sales using Gaba software.
- Ensure accuracy of billing information, including product quantities, rates, and taxes.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.

**Data Entry**:

- Enter sales data into Gaba software accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain updated customer and product information in the system.

**Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and invoicing.
- Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.

**Reporting**:

- Generate monthly and weekly billing reports as required.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 12th pass.
- Basic English language skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, including MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to learn and use Gaba software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Competitive salary.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
