We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Relationship Associate (Female's only) to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. As Customer Relationship Manager you will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcoming the clients into the store and offer some water or soft drinks
- Basic Knowledge about Fabrics and sarees
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset

Job Location : Banjara hills : - Hyderabad, Telangana

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
