Interior Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation & Needs Assessment**:

- Meet with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and specific needs for residential or commercial spaces. Offer professional advice and recommendations to translate their ideas into tangible design concepts.
- **Space Planning & Design Concept Creation**:
Develop functional, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative design concepts for each project. Utilize space planning techniques to ensure optimal functionality and flow. Create mood boards, 3D renderings, and sketches to present design ideas to clients.
- **Design Execution & Material Selection**:
Select appropriate materials, colors, furniture, lighting, and decor elements based on client preferences, project requirements, and budget. Source furnishings, fabrics, finishes, and accessories that enhance the design concept.Oversee the design process from initial concept through to implementation. Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Collaborate with contractors, builders, and vendors to ensure that designs are accurately executed. Ensure that all construction work and installations meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) to communicate design ideas clearly to contractors and clients. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to code.Present design proposals and concepts to clients and make adjustments based on feedback. Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the design and implementation phases to ensure satisfaction.Keep abreast of the latest interior design trends, materials, and innovations. Implement fresh ideas and cutting-edge design techniques to keep designs contemporary and relevant.Inspect and review the work completed by contractors and suppliers to ensure that all aspects of the design meet expectations and quality standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional interior design experience (residential or commercial).
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, color theory, furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to develop detailed design concepts and present them to clients effectively.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, timeline management, and vendor coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, with an ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
- Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 3D rendering and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building materials.
- Experience with residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
