**Job Title**:International Sales Executive/Manager
L**ocation**: Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential export markets, analyse trends, and assess competition.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing ones, and achieve sales targets.
3. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with buyers to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
5. Introduction of product and territory.
6. Customer relation development with new and existing customer.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Strong understanding of international markets, export regulations, and logistics.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
5. Proficiency in ERP and sales management software.
6. Proficiency in reading and writing English.
7. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Spices sector.
**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
