Staff Nurse

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Care**: Provide direct, hands-on care to patients, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.
- **Medical Procedures**: Administer prescribed medications and treatments, assist with medical procedures as required, and monitor patients for side effects or complications.
- **Patient Monitoring**: Regularly monitor patients' vital signs, health status, and response to treatment. Report any significant changes to the physician or supervisor.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records, documenting patient care, medication administration, and other relevant details.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure treatment plans are followed.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques, medication usage, and lifestyle changes for recovery.
- **Infection Control**: Follow all infection control protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a sterile environment when necessary.
- **Emergency Care**: Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing immediate care as needed and ensuring that appropriate procedures are followed.
- **Shift Management**: Assist with shift handovers and ensure a smooth transition of patient care between nursing staff during shift changes.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and local/state/federal regulations related to nursing care and healthcare delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
