**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day housekeeping operations across all hospital areas, including wards, ICUs, OPD, administrative offices, and public spaces.
Maintain and enforce hospital hygiene protocols, infection control standards, and safety compliance as per NABH norms.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning quality, equipment upkeep, and adherence to schedules.
Manage housekeeping staff — duty allocation, training, performance monitoring, and discipline.
Coordinate with infection control and nursing departments to ensure hygiene standards meet clinical requirements.
Oversee the procurement, stock control, and usage of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.
Implement waste segregation and disposal procedures in compliance with biomedical waste management guidelines.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all housekeeping tasks.
Handle vendor management and ensure effective utilization of outsourced housekeeping services (if applicable).
Prepare periodic reports on housekeeping performance, manpower utilization, and audits.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Housekeeping, or related field.
**Minimum 4-7 years**of **experience in housekeeping operations** in a 5-star hotel or healthcare institution.
Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
Proficiency in staff supervision, planning, and quality monitoring.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure in a hospital environment.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
