**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled **D365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant** with 5+ years of experience to assist our client's development team in meeting business requirements. The consultant will be responsible for overseeing technical challenges, providing expert guidance, and ensuring the smooth operation of Business Central solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the **development team** to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions.
- Assist in **resolving technical challenges** and optimizing Business Central performance.
- Develop and customize solutions using **AL and ML programming languages**.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users when required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **5+ years of experience** in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV).
- Strong **techno-functional expertise** with a deep understanding of business processes.
- Hands-on experience with **AL and ML programming languages**.
- Proficiency in **Business Central customization, extensions, and integration**.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, APIs, and Microsoft Azure is a plus.
- Experience in handling **troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (preferred)
- Experience in **full-cycle Business Central implementations**

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
