We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, with a strong focus on the Finance module and India localization (GST, TDS, TCS). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful implementations, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.Location: Navi Mumbai, IndiaEngagement: Permanent – Full timeKey Responsibilities:- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.- Gather business requirements, prepare documentation, and design tailored solutions.- Configure, customize, and test Business Central Finance modules with India localization.- Conduct training sessions, UAT, and data migration activities.- Collaborate with technical teams for development and enhancements of add-on solutions.- Provide post-implementation support, including handling CRs and day-to-day issue resolution.- Prepare project documentation and ensure compliance with client requirements.Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA.Experience:- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / NAV.- Strong expertise in the Finance Module with India taxation (GST, TDS, TCS).- Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations of the Finance Module in Business Central/Navision.- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, presentations, and documentation.- Experience working with a Microsoft Dynamics-focused IT company.- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).Good to have:- Knowledge of advanced features, reporting, and BI tools.- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.Soft Skills:- Strong problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
