**Project Co-ordinator**

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Coordination
- Account Management
- Project Management
- Understand project objectives, scope, and requirements and communicate them effectively to the project team and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality requirements
- Manage project risks and issues, identifying and mitigating potential obstacles
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring that all project deliverables are aligned with stakeholder needs
- Coordinate with developers and freelancers as needed to complete projects
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders
- Ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members

**Preferred Qualifications / Desired Profile**:

- Creative mind who knows how to deliver results with limited oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- Strong technical skills and understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
