- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for SBI Credit Card sales.
- Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits clearly over phone.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain call records and update CRM / MIS daily.
- Follow telecalling scripts and compliance guidelines.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling / telesales (freshers with good communication also eligible).
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English / local language).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Persuasive, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

**Salary & Benefits**:
