Job Title: E-commerce Executive Intern

Overview:
As an E-commerce Executive Intern, you will assist the e-commerce team in various aspects of online retail operations. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, customer service, and data analysis within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- E-commerce Platform Management:

- Assist in managing the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, marketplace accounts).
- Upload product listings, update product information, and ensure accuracy of content.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for restocking.
- Digital Marketing Support:

- Help create and schedule social media posts to promote products and engage with customers.
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance and compiling reports.
- Customer Service:

- Address customer feedback and reviews, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Assist in processing orders, managing returns, and handling shipping-related queries.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Assist in analyzing website traffic, sales data, and other metrics using analytical tools.
- Compile reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization.
- Support in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in e-commerce strategies.
- Content Creation and Optimization:

- Help create engaging product descriptions, images, and videos to enhance product pages.
- Support in optimizing website content for search engine visibility (SEO).
- Assist in A/B testing of website elements to improve conversion rates.
- Competitive Research:

- Conduct research on competitors' e-commerce strategies, pricing, and product offerings.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis to enhance company's positioning.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Prior internship or relevant work experience in e-commerce is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Enthusiasm for e-commerce industry trends and willingness to learn new technologies and strategies.
