Key Responsibilities:

- Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI, including AI agent systems, and integrate these advancements into practical solutions.
- Prototyping: Develop prototypes to validate AI concepts and gather feedback for refinement.
- Model Development: Design and implement robust AI models to address complex problems.
- System Optimization: Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production workflows.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members in AI best practices.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and represent the company in AI forums, conferences, and publications.

Requirements and Skills:
**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in AI research or applied AI projects, with a strong focus on foundational models and AI agent systems.

Machine Learning:

- Expertise in classical machine learning, deep learning, and large foundational models (e.g., LLMs, generative AI).

AI Agent Systems:

- Proven experience designing, building, and optimizing AI agent systems.

Analytical Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid foundation in mathematics and applied statistics.

Communication:

- Ability to articulate complex AI concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills:

- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and its scientific stack (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- AI Frameworks: Experience with frameworks like SageMaker, H2O, or SparkML is a plus.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI deployment.
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
- MLOps: Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices for managing AI systems in production.

Educational Qualifications:

- Ph.D.: Ph.D. in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: Publications or contributions in AI conferences and open-source projects.
