About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Research Scientist to join our team and drive cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence and machine learning. You will work on developing novel models, algorithms, and applications in areas such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI.

As part of our R&D team, youll collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to translate research into impactful products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and conduct original research in areas such as machine learning, deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, or computer vision.

- Develop novel algorithms and models; publish in top-tier conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research outputs into production-grade systems.

- Stay current with the latest academic and industry developments in AI/ML.

- Build and evaluate prototypes and proof-of-concept models.

- Contribute to strategic research planning and roadmap development.

Required Qualifications :

- PhD or Masters in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Applied Math, or related field.

- Strong background in ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).

- Solid experience in at least one domain: NLP, computer vision, generative models, LLMs, etc.

- Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Git, Linux, and cloud platforms is a plus.

- Demonstrated research contributions (e.g., peer-reviewed publications, open-source projects).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Publications in top-tier AI conferences or journals.

- Experience deploying AI models in production environments.

- Familiarity with transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT, Vision Transformers).

- Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training.
