**Job Title**: Program Advisor - Kannada Speaker
**Location**: Bangalore
**Salary**: Up to ₹6 LPA

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, providing guidance on programs and services.
- Communicate effectively in **Kannada** and **English** to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product/program knowledge to answer queries and provide accurate information.
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Achieve set targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in advisory, sales, counseling, or customer service roles.
- **Fluency in Kannada** (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
