**Position Overview**:
Hospital Administrator's are quantitative specialists who understand the business needs & promotion of a hospital and how to use recourses to achieve those needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Departmental Communications
- Facilitate the effective intra and inter departmental communication.
- Be a bridge of communication not only amongst departments but vendors, governing boards, hospital owner, and third parties.

2. Smooth Functioning of the Hospital
- Managing all the day-to-day operation of the hospital.
- Monitoring the working of hospital as per the norms set by NIMS.
- Ensure that all the documentation related to patients is accurately taken care of so that the patients receive the best care.
- Maintaining the sterilization and asepsis standard. The role per of a hospital administrator is to supervise that these requirements are thoroughly met.
- Supervision of inventory keeping is yet another critical responsibility that an individual is supposed to perform; the inventory should be always adequate so that all the patients are taken care of in an effective manner.
- Maintaining human resource and their activities from recruitment to handling staff grievances.
- Preparing reports on the performance of an individual.
- Make sure that all the policies and rules are duly implemented

3. Patient Satisfaction
- In some instances, a hospital Head might have to communicate detailed medical reports of patient's self as well as to their family under clinical supervision.
- Hospital Heads also take the authorization of protocols concerning the treatment and admit time of patients.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Patient Feedback system.

4. Facilitate Doctors
- Facilitate Doctors for effective patient care
- Empanel qualified Pediatric and Gynaecologist consultants to our hospital.

5. Desired Revenue and Profit
- Ensure the extensive marketing of the hospital.
- Budgeting of expenses duly so that financial aspects of hospital management do not suffer.
- Ensure effective connect with the General Practitioners and other medicos in order to have good patient referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- 3 to 5 years Experience as Hospital Administrator.
- Experience of the Healthcare or medicine marketing.
- Proficiency managing electronic medical records.
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills
