**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Record-Keeping**: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date accounts records for all on-site construction projects, including financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and other relevant documentation.

**Billing and Invoicing**:Prepare accurate and timely billing statements, ensuring that all billable items and services are properly documented and accounted for. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of billing information.

**Payment Processing**: Oversee the payment collection process, including tracking payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any payment-related issues or discrepancies.

**Cost Tracking and Analysis**:Monitor project expenses, including labor costs, materials, equipment, and subcontractor payments. Analyze cost data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks. Prepare reports and communicate findings to the management team as required.

**Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies. Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to construction accounting and financial management.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, and other team members to gather financial data, address inquiries, and provide support as needed. Foster a positive and professional working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

**Technology Utilization**: Leverage accounting software and tools to streamline and automate financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall efficiency. Actively contribute to system enhancements and upgrades to optimize accounting operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related field qualification is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis.
- Understanding of construction project costing and budgeting processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under limited time.
