Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day execution of on-site civil construction activities The ideal candidate will assist the Senior Site Engineer in supervising civil works related to township development villas clubhouses and commercial buildings This is a full-time site-based role that requires strong field knowledge and hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Supervision Ensure full-time presence on-site during work hours Supervise civil construction work including excavation concreting shuttering masonry plastering and finishing tasks Monitor the execution of work as per architectural and structural drawings specifications and the engineer s instructions Workforce and Material Management Oversee labor deployment and work allocation as per the site plan Coordinate with labor contractors masons carpenters and other skilled unskilled workers Check material usage and report any wastage or shortages Coordinate with the store in-charge for timely material availability Progress Monitoring Reporting Track day-to-day work progress and ensure timely task completion Maintain daily work records and checklists Report work status site issues and progress to the Senior Site Engineer on a daily basis Quality Control Safety Ensure quality of construction work as per the required standards Assist in inspection and rectification of defects during execution Maintain cleanliness and enforce safety measures on the site Report unsafe practices or potential hazards immediately Technical Support Assist in layout marking concreting supervision bar bending formwork masonry waterproofing and other structural and finishing works Ensure measurements and levels are maintained accurately during construction stages Candidate Requirements Minimum 7 years of on-site experience in civil construction supervision Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices Ability to read and understand construction drawings Good coordination and communication skills to manage labor and report to the engineering team Familiarity with basic site documentation and reporting Physically fit and willing to work in a full-time field role under varying site conditions Other Details Work Location Project Site - Bilaspur Chhattisgarh Working Hours As per site requirements Work Type 100 Field-Based Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
