**Job Description Summary**:
**Responsibilities**
- ** Project Management /Analytics Support**: Work with senior leadership to derive Supply chain transformation through innovative analytics. Draft project plan and evangelize with stakeholders across the organization for feedback and approval. Develop an in-depth understanding of business performance and generate strategic insights to influence decision making
- ** Operational Excellence**
- Develop and standardize analytical tools, frameworks, and processes, to up-level and democratize analytically grounded decision making at all levels of the business
- Challenge the status quo to advance and evolve how BD thinks about and executes solutions across Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, and other areas of the business
- Monitors, publishes, and issues status reports and metrics of the processes by creation of dashboards. Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize solutions and drive projects.
- Synthesize large volumes of data with attention to granular details and present findings and recommendations to senior-level stakeholders
- Achieve best in the industry standards by delivering actionable, data-driven insights that help understand opportunities for optimization and enable decision making
- Process Automation**: Utilize SAP Scripts, RPA (Automation Anywhere) and Excel VBA to automate global processes to save time and enhance efficiency
- Business Operations Analytics Support**:Utilizes business Intelligence/Warehouse, SAP, and other analysis tools to generate value added information for Global Supply Chain
- SharePoint**:Support and develop SharePoint workflows, InfoPath forms to streamline operations.
- Cost to win projects(CTW): Support CTW / Inventory Management team with Insights generation to identify savings opportunities
- ** Stakeholder & People Management**:

- Partner & present to senior BD Leadership (VP/GMs, Sr Directors, Directors etc.) across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance & Global Marketing
- Manage deadlines, timelines, and employee schedules
- Leading new resource hiring, Performance review, Career Planning, etc.
- ** Minimum of bachelor’s degree Top Tier University graduate** with background in math/engineering. “Self-motivated, curious, autonomous and willing to learn”.
- Experience in Analytics data modelling, visualization (**MS Excel**, **Power BI, SQL, Visual Basic**) would be must. Python would be a strong plus.
- Experience or understanding of **Supply Chain Management, Order to Cash process** is strong plus. Strong Communication & presentation Skills.
- Willingness to grow vertically and horizontally. Willingness to start a practice/vertical from scratch
- Understanding of Time Series analytics/Statistical demand forecasting will be plus. **Expertise in Machine Learning **or willingness to **develop culture of ML & AI** in an organization is a bonus.
- People Management experience would be plus
- Experience and knowledge of ERP, SAP systems and Business Intelligence tools.
- Hands on experience of Power Apps, Power Automate would a plus but not mandatory
- Understand database and remote access to server data
- Comfortable manipulating large amount of data
