Job Description: Sales Coordinator

Location: Moti Nagar, Delhi

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Education: Graduation

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Timings: 10:30 am to 7:00 pm

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless sales operations and effective communication with clients.

2. Assist in generating leads, tracking sales activities, and follow up on client inquiries in a timely manner.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales data, customer interactions, and sales progress.

4. Prepare and analyze sales reports to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the management.

5. Support the sales team in creating sales presentations and promotional materials.

6. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth product delivery and exceptional customer service.

7. Respond professionally and courteously to customer queries and concerns, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

8. Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential clients to drive business growth.

9. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to contribute to effective sales strategies.

**Experience**:
1. Minimum 6 months of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive / Telesales

Qualification

UG/Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.

**Skills**:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.

4. Proficiency in basic Excel for efficient data management and reporting purposes.

5. Proactive, well-groomed, and demonstrates a positive attitude.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on achieving goals.

7. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various sales-related tasks.

8. Comfortable with simple calling work and thrives in a no-pressure, target-free environment.

Note: Fresher's are not eligible for this position.
