**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Vendor Samples Analysis and reporting
- Raw material-sampling & analysis.
- Calibration of all QC Instruments. (Eg: GC and HPLC)
- Analytical support to Pilot plant & R&T as and when required.
- Inspection and clearance for spent solvent tankers before loading of the spent material
- Labelling of RM/PM after analysis (Status label-Approved/Rejected)
- Instrument trouble-shooting.
- Guidance and round the clock support to Train new recruits analysts.
- Batch sheet / log sheets issue to production in shifts -if required
- Sampling and analysis of Finished Goods.
- Responsible for dispatch activity.
- Preparation of Working standards
- Pre-shipment sample readiness.
- Handling of control samples
- Plant Round.
- Method Validation Analysis activities.
- Reliver for Shift Chemist
