**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create visually appealing content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and strategies.
- Create graphics, illustrations, and animations that align with our brand identity and messaging.
- Produce a variety of content formats, including static images, videos, carousels, stories, and reels.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure content relevance and engagement.
- Optimize content for different social media platforms and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the effectiveness of content and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in social media design or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva.
- Photoshop, and Illustrator would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific requirements for content creation.
- Excellent creative and conceptual skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in Hindi, English & Punjabi languages.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
