**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies and content calendars
- Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, etc.)
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-quality creatives
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Stay updated with algorithm changes and emerging social platforms

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of various social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
