**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and maintaining service agreements.
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all documents are properly archived.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Supervise clerical staff and delegate tasks as necessary to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience in vendor management and event planning is preferred.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes is a plus.
- Previous experience in supervising staff is advantageous.
- Knowledge of medical office management is a nice-to-have but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.

Pay: ₹19.79 - ₹21.08 per hour
