Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls, manage appointments, and handle inquiries
- Maintain front-desk operations and administrative records
- Coordinate with counselors and departments as required
- Handle basic documentation and data entry tasks
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and [other local languages if applicable
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach
- Prior experience in education or immigration industry is a plus
