We are looking to hire a skilled CNC programmer to operate and maintain our CNC equipments. As a CNC programmer, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical blueprints, inputting the design specifications, adjusting the machine cutting paths, and performing quality checks on the final product. You may also be required to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. You Should have extensive experience working in manufacturing, keen eye for detail and ability to work unsupervised. You should work quickly and efficiently ensuring all products meet the specifications of the client.

CNC PROGRAMMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design modules

Ø Loading material into CNC machines

Ø Inputting the product program into the CNC system or modelling/programming software

Ø Analyzing and choosing the correct tooling requirements for the job/part

Ø Adjust the machine setting like depth of cut, feed, speed, work offset etc.

Ø Troubleshooting issues during manufacturing process

Ø Completing quality control tests on the processed part as well as on the final product.

Ø Cleaning and maintaining the machine.

Ø Training New staff on machine operation procedures

**CNC Programmer Requirements**

Ø BE, Diploma, or ITI Background

Ø Previous work experience as CNC programmer & operator for 5 - 9 years

Ø Experience on computer modelling / Programming software would be an added advantage.

Ø Ability to work independently and stick to deadline for orders.

Ø Flexible and ability to work for long hours.

**Dexterity in**:

- Work holding strategies.
- FANUC and Mitsubishi controls
- Engineering Drawings

**Hours of Work**
- Your usual hours will be from 8.30 am to 7 pm. However, you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and your targets.

OR

In view of the nature of the job you may be required to perform shift work (such as 12 Hour shifts including days, nights, and weekends on a rotational basis) and you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and your targets.

**Management / Supervisory Responsibilities**

**People or equipment**

You are responsible for the equipment provided to you for use in your job role. This means you should carry out checks and cleaning as required.

You must also ensure that equipment is used in accordance with training provided, all of the organization policies and procedures and the law and using, where applicable, any safety equipment or Personal Protective Equipment provided. You are responsible for ensuring that the equipment you use is maintained and can be used/operated at all times.

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
