ROLE PURPOSE

Managing Warehousing activities related to the Spares Business

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatches of spares from the warehouse.
- Looking after the transportation of goods in and out of the warehouse.
- Interface with field service team and ensure their Parts and Accessories needs are being met.
- Ensure timely Spares invoicing release of DC.
- Releasing of Purchase order and tracking for delivery timelines for both international local vendors
- Maintain optimum inventory/stock levels at the warehouse
- Co-ordinate reconciliation Inventory as per systems
- Confirmation of receipt of payments from distributors initiation of material dispatches.
- Maintain Inventory of Stock Tally on monthly Basis.
- Management of repairable spares receipt, stocking and dispatches
- Robust MIS reporting

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level:

- Any Graduate

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in spares management and supply chain

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Familiar with ERP, databases and interfaces
- Good knowledge of supply chain functions such as planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation
- Good analytical skills
- Planning and organizing skills
- Good communication skills, Fluent in English
- Good documentation skills
- Strong user skills with all Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
