The Warehouse Assistant works closely with all team members and ensure logistics function is handled efficiently. He/she is required to have good knowledge of the warehouse process and understand the operation regulations.

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety, enforcing procedures, work instructions and good housekeeping practices
- Ensure smooth execution of store activities, inventory management and order fulfillment
- Picking and packing of orders and prepare them for delivery
- Send regular updates to the stakeholders on dispatch status
- Monitor daily sales orders, inventory and advance exchange processes
- Provide high level of logistics support to customers and sales team
- Ensure all items/storage boxes/cabinets are properly labelled and well organized
- Manage regular stock-take to ensure no discrepancies to stock counts and provide monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate execution of cycle count processes for inventory count and reconciliation.

**Expected Area of Competency (i.e. Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Credentials)**
- Familiar with integrated ERP systems
- Familiar with best practices and ensure continuous process improvement
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Proactive mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvements and support changes to enhance operational efficiency
- Ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- College certification in Supply Chain Management, business administration or related field
