- Supervising & Directing Construction Workers and sub-contractors.
- Coordinating with Project managers, architects and other stakeholders.
- Assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities.
- Monitoring progress and addressing any issue & delays.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- providing Safety training to workers.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspecting work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Identifying and addressing any quality issues.

**Scheduling and Budgeting**:

- Adhering to project schedules & Budgets.
- Tracking project progress and making necessary adjustments.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintaining accurate records of projects activities, costs and quality control.
- Preparing and submitting regular progress reports.

**Resource Management**:

- Managing the allocation of labor, materials and equipment.
- Ensuring resources are available when needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
