Smodi Infrasteel, a leading company in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) sector, is seeking an experienced **Site Supervisor** to join our team at our Sonipat location. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid background in managing construction sites, particularly in the PEB industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site workers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of PEB projects.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure the site is equipped with the necessary materials, tools, and workforce for optimal progress.
- Maintain site records, including daily logs, work progress reports, and project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that work is being done as per specifications and plans.
- Communicate with clients and project managers to provide updates and resolve any site-related issues.
- Ensure that quality control measures are followed and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges faced by the team on-site.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising PEB construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of PEB structures, construction materials, and techniques.
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- Prior experience in supervising large-scale PEB projects is a must.
- Knowledge of MS Office and project management software is a plus.
