1. Operate and monitor furnaces for melting and preparing metal alloys according to production schedules and specifications.
2. Adjust furnace temperature to maintain optimal conditions for melting and alloy preparation.
3. Inspect molten metal for impurities and ensure quality.
4. Remove slag and impurities from the surface of molten metal.
5. Perform induction furnace lining and centering.
6. Prepare and maintain documents in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
7. Follow safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
8. Collaborate with the molding department to ensure efficient production flow.
9. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of furnace equipment.
10. Participate in quality and safety reviews and audits.
11. Record production data and maintain production logs.
12. Weigh and prepare material for loading into furnaces.
13. Observe furnace operations to prevent problems.
14. Perform daily checks of pumps, furnace hydraulics, and safety measures.
15. Maintain 5S and safety compliance in the furnace area.
16. Carry out laboratory tasks such as preparing samples, operating testing equipment, and analyzing results to ensure iron integrity.
