**Responsibility
- **- Conduct legal research on corporate, contract, intellectual property, and employment law.- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.- Support compliance with regulations and help develop policies.- Organize and manage case files and legal documents.- Perform administrative tasks like filing and maintaining records.- Attend meetings and provide summaries and follow-up actions.
