Our goals in the User Experience team are to improve efficiency, grow outcomes, and increase resiliency while delivering on the product vision. To help us achieve this, we are seeking a talented Content Designer to join our team and build a best-in-class user experience.

**What you'll do**:

- Shape product direction:

- Understand business and customer goals to create impact.
- Analyze customer behaviors and create cohesive experiences.
- Suggest ideas and enhancements to improve the overall experience.
- Drive content design problems from ideation to execution.
- Deliver high-quality content:

- Use data and feedback to inform content decisions.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, UX copy, and information architecture.
- Identify opportunities for standardization and incorporate recommendations.
- Be a strong partner:

- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand the problem space and solve complex problems.
- Develop, implement, and continuously iterate in-app guidance using WalkMe.
- Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration to ensure team and product success.

**About you**:

- Track record of content design excellence with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to think long
- and short-term to meet product constraints.
- Clear communication skills and ability to present work to stakeholders.
- High curiosity and ability to solve problems through building relationships.

**Key tasks**:

- Design intuitive, enjoyable product experiences.
- Partner closely with product designers to define user flows.
- Plan and write UX copy for various components, including navigation, error states, and onboarding, for both mobile and web experiences.
- Use empathy, logic, insights, and data to inform content choices, evaluate content’s impact, and push for improvements.
- Maintain and evolve content standards, including voice and tone.
- Evangelize the value of UX content design, UX research, and product design.

**Skills and experience**:

- Fluent proficiency in American English.
- 5+ years of professional UX writing experience.
- Experience with human-centered design methodologies.
- Experience in Cloud/SaaS or digital enterprise background.
- Experience developing products from 0-1, shipping marketplace and platform experiences.
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, English, Literature, Design, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Figma, Mural, WalkMe, and other design tools.
