**Job Summary**:
As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process of raw materials, components, and services essential for our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and optimizing purchasing strategies to support production efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing to secure the best terms.
- Process purchase orders and manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and establish new partnerships to enhance sourcing capabilities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all procurement activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier communications, and contract documentation.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new suppliers to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the production, quality assurance, and finance teams to align purchasing activities with company objectives.
- Assist in inventory management to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
