1. Lead Generation:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients.
- Site Visits - Ongoing projects in every area.

2. Client Engagement:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and

individual homeowners.
- Conduct regular site visits to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.

3. Product Know how:

- Understand and know all of BuildDeli’s and Builddeli Pro’s products and services.
- Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.

4. Networking:

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's

presence in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry

developments.

5. Target Achievement:

- Based on the project completion.
- Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.

6. Documentation:

- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system or Office

documents

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma
- Must own a bike and possess a valid driver's license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction

industry.
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
