**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including GRN (Goods Receipt Note) documentation.
- Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Handle all import and export documentation and procedures in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish inventory as needed.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs officials for import-export activities.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the store area.
- Prepare reports related to inventory, dispatch, and import-export activities.
- Support other departments with procurement and logístical needs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 3-5 years of experience in store management, preferably in electrical or automation industries.
- Knowledge of import-export procedures, customs documentation, and GRN processes.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Certification in Supply Chain or Logistics management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
